Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery within Canada usually takes 5–12 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Not at this time. We currently ship only within Canada. We hope to expand internationally soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we do!

Processing Time

How long does it take to make my order?

Because all items are made to order (print-on-demand), please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. This helps keep waste low and quality high.

Sizing & Fit

How do your hoodies and shirts fit?

Our apparel uses a relaxed/unisex fit. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a roomier feel.

Do you offer kids’ sizes?

Not yet, but we’re working on adding more options. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when new sizes drop.

Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale

What is your return policy?

All products at The B’y Shop are final sale.

Because every item is custom-printed when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll do our best to make it right (replacement or refund where appropriate).

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that, we’re unable to cancel because the item has already started being made for you.

Product Care

How do I wash my hoodie or shirt?

Turn inside out before washing

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle

Tumble dry low or hang to dry

Do not iron directly on the design
